Shipping policy

Troll Aus dispatches online orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed before our daily shipping cutoff time on these days will be packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be dispatched on the next scheduled shipping day.

Shipping timeframes provided on our website are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, Troll Aus is not responsible for shipping delays, customs processing times, or loss or damage caused during transit. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order leaves our premises.

For all preorder items, we aim to dispatch your order the day prior to the official release date, provided that stock has been received and prepared. In the event of supplier delays, customers will be notified, and preorders will be dispatched as soon as possible.

Live Break orders are processed and shipped separately from our standard online orders. Live Breaks are conducted from our Melbourne location and are shipped every Tuesday. When purchasing a Live Break, customers can select from three options at checkout:
